Registration fees for Family Week 2010:

$17 for first child 4 and up, $12 for each additional sibling age 4 and up.
Please print out and complete the EDUCARE forms for child care. Please note that the Health form with immunization record is required for child care.

Children ages 5 to 8 will also have the option of going bowling at Lakeview Lanes.
