RFGL

Rainbow Families Great Lakes (RFGL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the development, promotion, provision and support of programming for LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered) parents, those interested in becoming parents, and the children of LGBT and/or non-traditional families, youth who are themselves LGBT, and their allies.

We're comprised of volunteers and open to all persons that support diversity and rally against discrimination within their local communities. Committed to social justice and economic accessibility, we work from the principle of education and empowerment through family time.

Spring Getaway Weekend: May 9-11, 2008

Lodging Special for Family Week!

We have just received word that the Dunes has taken over management of Northern Lights Resort, right across Blue Star Highway from them. They've offered us a Family Week '08 special - the web site hasn't been updated yet, so to secure the Family Week deal you'll need to call 269-767-1312 and tell them that you'd like to book at Northern Lights for Family Week.

At these rates the resort is sure to fill up early, so book soon! If we can fill the resort with Family Week families, we will also be able to use the facility for activities during the week, so this is a great opportunity for you to save on lodging and for RFGL.

Registration for Family Week 2008 is now open! Register early and save, Early Bird registration will run through May 15 and will save you $25 off the normal pre-registration cost, and $50 off the cost of on-site registration. See you in Saugatuck in July!
